I truly had the best dental experience of my life at Caring Dental Group. From the very first phone call, the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and helpful. They were able to fit me in quickly and even arranged for my wife and me to have coinciding appointments, which made the whole process so convenient and thoughtful. When we arrived, the entire office immediately stood out. The dental office is immaculately clean, modern, and calming, which made the visit feel comfortable from the start. Want to be fair here, but I’m frustrated. They have exceptional hygienists and the care that my wife and I have received while there has been top notch. I’m big on end-to-end care and part of that is the experience that you have being part of a practice over a long period of time. Having grown up with a true family dentistry in the Pacific Northwest I really came to appreciate how much that relationship meant. Having started as my dentist, they became incredible family friends. That’s the experience that sticks with me. And I’m sure this may be the exception, but it’s in stark contrast to the grace and support that you would hope for when committing to a dental practice for your family. The staff at Caring Dental Group are great at what they do. They managed to fit me in first thing in the morning without an appointment to be seen for a problem tooth. And the relief of having a toothache go away as soon as possible is amazing.

I switched dentists completely and do not come here anymore. I'm a senior citizen and unfortunately Kaitlyn at the front desk is very unprofessional and too argumentative and doesn't seem to understand that she's working in a medical setting. From what I and others have observed from the waiting room is she seems very comfortable to gossip in an argumentative and insulting way on the phone out loud about patients. Does she not understand how loud she is from the waiting room and how it can make other patients uncomfortable? I'm not sure if the female hygienist with the glasses is still here either but she's also unprofessional and has no bedside manner. This place is great the staff are always friendly and kind. The gentlemen who did my cleaning did such a wonderful job. I have very bad dentist anxiety and the experience was 10/10
