Caring Community Clinic Dental Services

Staff is rude, even over the phone. If you have any insurance at all, even if it doesn't cover dental or vision, they will not help you. If you have an out of state ID or insurance they won't help you. Even if it's an emergency they won't help you. The world we live in is stupid. And I hope that everyone with its not my problem mentality has the day, week, month and year they deserve. Having and infection running through your body over a tooth and still being told we can't help you blows my mind.

For the caring community clinic (not dental )Front office reception personal has zero phone etiquette. They called my mother stating she would need to come in sooner for a visit regarding her results. Mind you my mother lives in 2 locations CA and NC. So I called back advised that we are unable to change her flight. She got a huge attitude tried talking to me like I was incompetent. I was asking her if they would provide the medical records to my mother the patient so that she can see a Dr in CA regarding her labs. She proceeded to yell and raise her voice repeating herself. No professional demeanor whatsoever. As I was telling her why are you being so rowdy she began to blame me and say that im gonna hang up on you you're not even the patient. I had a tooth that had to be pulled prior to surgery - they got me in quickly for an appointment - from the front to the back; the staff was very pleasant - Dr. Best is the best; he is very friendly and gentle. I did not know my tooth was out (wow)! He said you're good to go; AMAZING - I would recommend this office to anyone - can't stop bragging on how nervous I was, but Dr. Best and nurse may me feel so at ease.

I came to this clinic to get a tooth extracted and I was surprised at how quickly they had an available date for me to come in since I was urgently needing to get this tooth removed. I was a bit concerned due to the reviews as I already have anxiety with dentists, however the experience was quick and easy. I wasn't in any discomfort during the extraction. I was given a bag with information on my extraction explaining how i can prevent a dry socket or any complications and the dental assistant answered any questions I had before I left. It's been a few days since my extraction and healing has been going smoothly.
