The Carilion Specialty team is easy to work with and they work hard on prior authorizations or any other complications that come up. I love the home delivery option and re-ordering through the text link is painless. Easily the best specialty pharmacy I've worked with.

My specialty prescription was handed over to CVS by order of Blue Cross Blue Shield and I hadn't been notified there was a billing problem or procedure. After many phone calls to Carilion Clinic pharmacy and patient advocacy, I learned that this is my insurance company is causing this problem and I will be without medication for several weeks which will cause flare-ups with my arthritis. However, I am grateful that Carilion Pharmacy did call me back and is trying to fix this problem.

The pharmacist is kind and thorough when informing you about what's going into your body. The staff is always friendly and you never feel rushed.
