Carilion Children's Pediatric Pulmonology

It took two months before I could get an appointment. Arrived at my scheduled time after driving an hr and 15 min to get there. Waited patiently while a foster mother was giving information to the clerk. That took 20 min.Once I got to the clerk she told me I had to reschedule even though I was there on time! Why would I reschedule and be on time for this to happen again? They didnt care about my childs needs what so ever! Will take my son to Greensboro where they care for people and get the proper treatment he needs!

Had a doctor from my town set my appointment up was really unsure why we needed to go considering they did no test and was first time she’d ever seen my child bc our doctor was out so I called the night before to ask and confirm my appointment and time drove two hours away for them to tell me that my appointment was changed and wanted me to drive back without notice

They are so slow so we wait for 15 minutes still hasn't come so we left
