Carey Dental Care

I literally wanted to buy her flowers!!! Dr. Carey gracefully and professionally declined my solicitation of her favorite flower. I have been a patient of Dr. Carey’s office for about 5 plus years. I came with a great deal of anxiety and dental fear. The entire staff provided awareness, concern and care in assisting me in getting through each visit. I have needed to schedule emergency visits and accommodations were always made to get me in and out timely. Dr. Carey cares - she is firm, direct, humorous and truly cares about oral health. They have allowed me to build a relationship with my local dentist and I’m grateful. No missed appointments- I am no longer afraid. Still a little nervous but not at all afraid. Health is wealth - beginning with dental health. I love it here!!!

My family & I didn't have a good experience with Dr. Carey's office from the start. Starting with our first few visits, she was very pushy about doing extra services, such as "deep cleanings." The staff also wasn't friendly, respectful, or professional; cleanings were done very sloppily, and the assistant wouldn't even apologize when spilling water on my face and such. Worst of all was this one situation. I went in the office for a simple procedure I have had done many times already with my previous dentist. I didn't have any other teeth problems. However, she insisted that I redo a filling, so she removed my original filling and redid it. I had extreme tooth pain for several days after. I went back to her office 2 times: The first time she didn't even get an x-ray to see what's going on.

Everyone in the office was very nice. However, I was charged for a fee for “after normal business hours” and my appointment was at 2:00. When I questioned them they said it’s considered after normal business hours. The information on google shows their hours on this particular day from 10 to 5 P.m. I was never told when making the appointment that normal business hours ended at noon. I felt the recommendations I receive were excessive. I wanted my x-rays sense to another dentist for a second opinion, and they wanted to charge me $25 to email the x-rays that I paid for to this other dentist. I will never go back and they will never get another penny from me

Dr Carey and staff are the best. I am very sensitive and a gagger. They are extremely patient with me in my dental care. My entire family has been going to her for years.

Dr. Lett and her staff continually make me and my family feel like our health is improved with each visit. The staff seems to be carefully tracking our needs and they are effectively encouraging our kids to keep up their healthy habits.
