CareWell Urgent Care Lexington

I had a wonderful experience at this carewell! Andrew at registration was very pleasant and helpful. The PA Prisca took her time and gave me a lot of information about my diagnosis, and was very professional and caring during my visit, I’m very happy with the care team here. Thank you again

Staff were friendly knowledgeable and efficient in seeing me and nearing my symptoms and circumstances. Through blood test they agreed to perform an answer to my symptoms was obtained. I felt heard and the team acted promptly to help me and I was very pleased with the care delivered!

I had a great experience at CareWell Urgent Care Lexington. All administrative staffs and medical professionals are kind, thoughtful, attentive, responsive, professional, and excellent at providing the medical care I needed. I was recovering from a cold and had a breathing issue with my asthma. I could not access my primary care and needed the medications. When I could not get the medications I was prescribed due to the insurances issues, the CareWell Urgent Care Lexington went above and beyond to get me the treatment I needed. I feel so much better and I am grateful for their care.

Establishment is clean and organized. There was only one other person in the waiting room who came in as a walk-in. People who are sick wear masks to protect others who come in. Staff are experienced and the doctor is professional and knowledgeable. They will deeply analyze your issue to ensure proper care. I recommend using their online scheduling system to prevent waiting and to complete your paperwork before going in. It is simple to use and will save you time.

I came to this location at 0800am (Open) to hopefully be seen quickly and go on my way. When I arrived, the building was closed/dark and it was obvious that nobody was there. I went back to my car to wait a little bit to see if they were busy getting ready to open. 0810 rolled around and still nothing. I decided to call them to see if anybody was there and if I should ultimately leave and find a different location or come back later. Nobody ever answered the phone, I was greeted with a generic message saying they were treating other patients or on the phone. No way to leave a message and request a call back. Would not recommend coming to this location, will not be returning to this Lexington location ever again. I left and went to a place in Burlington near the Mall, was seen almost imm
