I recently underwent a preemployment drug screening, and the nurse attending me was quite unprofessional. She failed to introduce herself, lacked patience, and had poor communication skills. It’s disheartening that such a seemingly simple and harmless interaction was turned into a bitter experience. It raises questions about how she would handle someone who is ill seeking compassion and empathy

Absolutely horrible customer service from the nurse and practitioners on staff. Needed to get a physical for school done and instead of asking questions about the form of things they didn’t understand they just made me sit and wait and waste my time when I made an appointment at 3:30pm and it’s currently 4:12pm. Literally nobody here and they even took patients that came after me. Don’t come here if your looking for a quick service and patient friendly. Because there’s a huge lack of communication and patient attention. I’m sure I will be here waiting longer then needed for something so simple.

My experiences with CareSpot, from the receptionists to the doctors, have always been nothing short of excellent until today. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive. As a professional, I greatly value customer service and patient experience, and unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect that. Yesterday, my children and I were in a car accident that left my vehicle totaled. I came in today to have them evaluated. At check-in, the receptionist told me it would be $120 per child. I explained that my insurance instructed me to provide a claim number. She responded abruptly that I needed to submit it to my insurance for a refund, and that it was their policy, which could not be bypassed. When I asked if that meant my children could not be seen

Easy check in and the wait was not long. All the staff member's were friendly and helpful. My 8 year old son needed an xray and they were very patient with him.

I had influenzia and dizziness and severe facial inflammation. This place took me in and just a few hours later felt differences everywhere few days later saw major improvements. I was so bad my mom had to drive me and she was happy in my improvements. Thank you for your professional ways.
