I went to Carespot for neck pain with migraine. The online appointment system worked well and I was able to make an appt for 10am When I got there not feeling well, so the front desk lady was extremely kind and helped me check in quickly so I could relax. The only negative was with a 10am appointment I wasn't brought in until almost 11am. Once inside however was a quick process. The MA was kind, xray tech professional and quick, and the NP was thorough, kind and explained what injections I received, what was being prescribed and gave me a note for work. I worked in Ugent Care for 10 years so understand the staff are doing multiple duties at once. They did a great job. Definitely go back if needed. $50 copay vs an ER one for $250.

Doctor and staff was very helpful and welcoming. Doctor was attentive and gave her recommendation on further medical treatment out of concern. As suggested, I responded to the ER. I found out that she was right in her concerns about my health. I would recommend this location to anyone needing quality medical care.

My school sent me here for my screening tests and I had a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, facility was clean and services were quick and efficient. Would recommend.

These hard working men and women dont get enough credit. Amazing front desk answering phones while being kind and doing the check in process. My MA/RT was compassionate while doing multiple roles. Kevin the PA-C working hard seeing dozens of patients an hour with no thanks. I started out in Urgent care. Im an xray tech and did this life for 10 yrs. Its unforgiving, no praise, just helping others. They are over worked and under paid. I thank them for doing a job no one else wants. When youre sick or injured I would highly recommend them. Thank you, thank you for making me feel like a human being, and not just a number. Xoxo
