Horrible experience, 1-the receptionist kept saying give me a second. Every second becomes sitting and waiting for 20 minutes, 2- They don’t accept Apple Pay in this day and age? I had to get my physical card not to mention the receptionist never mentioned my co-pay just took the card and handed it back to me without a receipt. 3- I attempted to ask what’s the how long is the wait? Receptionist responded that’s a tricky question. Waited another hour before I was seen the equipment here is outdated. Nothing like Memorial for sure I would never return. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Check my account co- pay $15, $10 less than Memorial that charges $25 but in all honesty you pay for what you get the $10 more is definitely worth it.

Friendly, great customer service, very clean, doctors are great and take their time without rushing you out the door. They explained everything and truly cared. I highly recommend this place satisfied patient here.

I made an appointment for a drug screening. I had to reschedule the appointment for later time. So, I was able to keep the later appointment time. I got there to the location in Pembroke Pines. The Receptionist was very nice and friendly. I had to wait to be seen but it’s wasn’t a long wait. I went to take my screening, the staff were very friendly and very nice. I would recommend anyone to visit this location. Great place, well lit, clean and the staff is friendly. Thank you for your assistance with my drug screening that day. I appreciate you

The staff was very kind. Service was amazing. They got my daughter in for an x-ray within minutes. Results came faster than I could believe. This was the best experience at a walk in clinic I’ve ever had. Thank you!

10 Stars! From the moment I walked in the staff was caring, empathetic, helpful and kind. I am from out of state and had the end of a Qtip come off in my ear. I was supposed to catch a plane this morning. The staff and Dr Mosaed fixed my morning and my ear! Thank you!
