CareSpot Urgent Care of Middleburg

If I can give a zero star I would, my husband was seen here last Saturday and was tested positive for Flu B. Earlier I drove my husband to ask the provider to write a generic note to be excuse for Jury Duty tomorrow. The lady in front told my husband No they cant do that and even the provider refused to sign the document, he was told to go to Jury Duty tomorrow and tell the staff there that he is sick. When my husband went to to car and told me that, I went in and ask if there’s a writing or instructions that they cannot sign or write a short note for my husband. Now, the lady in front told me she can’t talk to me because I am not the patient what a stupid answer, I was not asking for my husband record nor about his health issue what I am asking for was if she can provide me something in

I love being able to check in online and hold a time slot while I drive to Care Spot. Anita checked us in and got us ready for the appointment. Sal did a very good job with my handicapped sister as he took her vitals. He was very patient. Physicians Assistant Kianna Checked both, my sister and I out, told us what was wrong with each of us, explained what medication’s she was ordering from the pharmacy, how we were to take them, when we were to take them, And for how long we were to take the medicines. She also told us not to hesitate if we weren’t getting better… Come back and she’d help us again! It was a great visit and both my sister and I are on the road to wellness! All thanks to the lovely people at Care Spot!

I came in without an appointment and was seen very quickly and the lady at the front was amazing and the doctor was equally amazing! Would definitely recommend! I came in to get an antibiotic shot that works extremely well. I want to say that the person who gave me the shot her name is KENNYONNI she was extremely kind and empathetic. I did have to wait for about an hour even with an appointment. That was a little different than my first appointment there.. I wore a mask today because I’m concerned about the flu even though I did get the vaccine. Always good to have hand sanitizer. I am already feeling better and thankful that I got the shot.

We needed to bring our kids to be seen and everyone was really nice! The staff was amazing and very kind! We were brought back quick and seen quickly by the doctor! I will be going back in the future!

Love this place they got a great system. You’re in and out fairly quick. You’re not sitting in the waiting room for hours thanks to all the staff. They work great together very sweet.
