CareOne at Essex Park

My stay at CareOne Essex Park was very Pleasant. The nurses and CNAs were caring, attentive and always helpful. The facility was clean, the food was good, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay, definitely recommend !!!

Older building. Bathrooms very small. Not designed for Rehab care. No adequate place for families to sit with patients outside of their rooms. Food is loaded with carbs; very little protein. Inconsistent. Staff is very nice. PT/OT excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at CareOne rehab facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone was terrific, but I want to give special recognition to Cyprian—his kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a big difference in my stay. The physical therapy was superb. The team was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly committed to helping me regain strength and mobility. I saw consistent progress thanks to their expert guidance. The facility itself was always clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. Anytime I buzzed for assistance, someone came promptly, and that level of responsiveness made me feel secure and supported. Appreciate the professionalism, attentiveness and care from the entire staff at Care One. Each time that I have visited, they made me feel welcome. The tireless efforts to maintain a safe and clean environment for all on site were apparent. Thank you for caring for those under your roof as if they were your own loved ones!!

Our mother Angela was blessed to have the great care of everyone on the Hanna Unit. Donna treated our mother as her own each and every day and we will never forget that. Juliana, Sheila and Gene were also instrumental in bringing our mother happiness and joy. Dementia didn't stop my mother from bringing her Sicilian spirit to the entire Staff and we know they loved her for it as she did them. Nursing Homes are Heaven's waiting room, and our family witnessed the Hanna Unit conducting God's work every day. I know Angela says Thank You to all!!! 99 years.
