CareNow Urgent Care - Haslet FM 156

I had a good experience with Care Now urgent care. The registration was quick & I dnt have to wait for so long. Well, probably, it’s because few patients was only there when we came. The staff were warm & knowledgeable. The NP who examined me was good & compassionate, took his time to listen & so supportive . So far, overall I’m satisfied, I don’t have any prob going there.

I had a great experience at the CareNow urgent care in Haslet. I did not have an appointment but was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Antonella, Kim, Kylee, & Carmen deserve a raise!

I went in for an allergic reaction to the cedar I think in the air. Extreme lung issues. This place is right around the corner from my house. We are so privileged to have such quality care in our neighborhood. They were professional, and very, very good at their job. Such nice people! The Care was top-notch!

In the past I have loved this place. Today was not the case. Waited an hour for no reason that was clear to me. Initial nurse that took me back let me know she did not bother to read any of my paperwork. Did not pass on to the attending provider that I was pregnant so multiple non pregnancy friendly medications were suggested. Had to wait another good while after telling her about the pregnancy to find out I couldn’t take what she recommended. Front desk worker was rude. This place used to run very efficiently. They seem to be more drug testing oriented than urgent care.

Had the best experience here this morning (today). I came in with a very swollen eye and could barely see out of it and now my eye is 100% doing better. I just wanna give a big thank you for the great service, kindness, and professionalism to Lauren, Caitlin , and. Kim I highly recommend using a Mad Family Urgent Care to anybody who needs help.
