I must say NP Kim Easter has been the best provider I have ever come in contact with! She introduced herself with a smile that reached her eyes, genuine. She apologized for keeping me waiting, who does that anymore? She was gentle, very professional, and courteous! I was seen for a dog bite and she checked the injured areas thoroughly and explained how bacteria can be transmitted into the skin and the serious consequences, if not treated can occur for example infections, lockjaw! Ms. Easter was incredibly kind, patient, and didn’t rush through her assessment! Beautiful bedside manner! I felt cared for and she listened so attentively! It was a horrible experience from start to finish. This new company just took over the beginning of February. They took out all the best of what it was. What's left? Nothing good. They were rude and abrupt - especially the PA. I was there for 2 hours. You can't make an appointment. You can only tell them your drive time. The PA saw me for less than a minute and didn't get my meds right. I will never go back. The next day I went to TX Health Breeze Urgent Care and it was amazing. I was offered beverages and everyone was very sweet and helpful. The PA was incredible! I was in and out of there in 45 minutes even with an X-ray and test done!

The absolute WORST!!! I scheduled an appointment prior to arriving. My window for my appointment was 9:30-10am. I completed all forms online. I arrived at 9:30. Checked in online like the sign outside said. At 9:47 I as nervous they didn’t have my information as I wasn’t called and again my appointment block was 9:30-10. I walked in and checked in again with front. I asked if I could wait outside as there are 4 seats and I’m very sick. At 10:26 i went back inside as I still wasn’t called. I let them know I had been there for an hour. I was told one more person was ahead of me. Why are we allowing so many “appointments” if you cannot keep up? Arrived at 7pm because of work due to an injury that’s been lingering, and told the nurse what had happened and how i have been to another urgent care earlier that week for this situation (sprained wrist and swelling) and as soon as the doctor walked in she asked me immediately about being prescribed tylenol with codiene which i have not been prescribed at all, and let her know i’m not looking for medication im looking for answers for my injury, regular medication work just fine if needed. very rude doctor, the door was cracked and i heard her talking about it being another late night (they closed at 8pm) if you don’t wanna work in healthcare then dont, its simple. patient compassion should be the most important and figuring the issues out not accusing people of stuff. go somewhere else, d

Was feeling terrible so didn't want to drive across town to family doctor. The lady doctor was great. Feeling better same day! Have been to this location several times during the covid frenzy. Always great care!
