As others have said, they just want your money. I brought my dog in for a booster today and said she may need her anal glands expressed. The tech took my dog to the back and returned within minutes. She told me the anal glands weren’t full and didn’t express them. However, they still charged me for the procedure even when I questioned the charge. I feel like this practice nickels & dimes and frivolously charges clients.

I took my puppy to get pre-surgical labs for neutering. The surgical tech took my puppy in the back for his labs. The tech returned to the lobby to inform me she drew blood from his jugular vein, after holding pressure, bleeding continued. She informed me Dr. Wise wanted to add a PTT lab to test his clotting time. The tech brought my puppy to me with bandages on his front legs (additional lab draw sites, a total of three access points). No bandage was on his neck where they originally drew blood. Dr. Wise informed me of the results. She stated his clotting time result was extremely high and wanted to refer him to a specialist. They are awful here. They just want money. The doctor said my dog was sick even though it turns out that my dog had a loose tooth because he had hit his head on the stairs and I pointed that out and he’s like no well. I’m a go ahead and treat him like he’s sick just in case then on top of that he marked that my dog had allergies, but he wasn’t having allergies. He was hot. He did that because he wanted me to start treating him for allergies. Another case was as that when they did my shots and shot records for him first off, they shorted most of his shots by a month and then his other shots they shorted by a year, which makes me have to go in earlier. We recently had to put down our beloved bear, and this clinic made it feel like we were in a completely safe environment to grieve without feeling judged. All the staff here and Dr.Jones especially were super sincere and I highly recommend this office. I will never be going anywhere else. Thank you for having bear with y’all ❤️

Been bringing my baby here for almost 7 years we pay premiums prices for mediocre service. I brought my Lab in yesterday for a Tech Bath. He’s big and growls when he has his feet touched. Anyway, they gave me a cocktail for my Lab to take to make him drunk (they say) to make it easier to work on his nails (gabapentin, trazodone and Ace). They gave me all the prescriptions with wrong directions on the all 3 bottles. I had to call and speek with someone to get the correct directions to make sure I don’t accidentally kill him. Well I took him for a Tech Bath and when I picked him up they says they couldn’t do his nails because “he was kind of growing a littlle”. My baby was so drugged that they could have put a muzzle on him and would have been fine but didn’t and failed a service. I paid $15
