I had a really great experience at this urgent care. The lobby was super nice and very clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The medical staff was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, the facility was organized, efficient, and had a calm atmosphere. I definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for fast, quality care with great customer service.

Although this CareNow location accepts walk-ins, I highly recommend making your appointment online to significantly reduce your wait time. I scheduled online, uploaded my documents, and was able to track my place in line through ClockwiseMD. I received a text estimating my appointment time was 10:28AM, but the ClockwiseMD webpage kept updating and showed my appointment time would be at 10:52AM. I would suggest using the original text wait time because I received a text at 10:20AM that I was ready to be checked in. I arrived at 10:32AM and was seen at 11:20AM. I appreciated being able to see live updates through Clockwise MD instead of sitting there wondering when I’d be called back. It was really busy so I can see why my wait time was pushed back. I was seen by Dr. Wilson and he really takes his time with explaining everything to his patients. He listened to all my questions and did not make me feel rushed . That’s a huge deal for someone whose child is almost always sick . One thing that stood out most was how the staff interacted with each other . They genuinely all seem like family. Their positive energy carries over into the way they care for patients. They were great with my child . She even asked if we would be returning. Anyone with kids knows that alone is a huge plus! Excellent experience from start to finish. The clinic was very clean, the team was friendly and professional, and the wait time was minimal. I truly appreciated how efficient and organized everything was. Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quality care. Dr. Wilson was our attending physician and he is amazing! My pharmacy unfortunately, did not have my medication on hand and would have to order. I called the office and Armani helped me update To a closer pharmacy that had my medication in stock.
