CareNow Urgent Care - Grand Prairie

Got in 10 minutes before my appointment tracker told me to be in by, which was 15 minutes after my initial appointment time, the time kept climbing. I was lightly scolded for "being late". Once I got into the back the nurse seemed completely annoyed to be having to do her job. 0 warmth or care in her tone or body language. Waited over an hour to see the doctor, despite there not being any other patients in any rooms. I went to go to the bathroom and every other room was open and empty. About 10 minutes after they closed I left the door to our room open and the doctor magically appeared within seconds. I know they forgot about me in there and were trying to close it down and get home. The doctor took all of 20 seconds to talk to me and do a quick check before writing prescriptions. He al

Highly recommend, fast and easy. I came in as a walk in for a drug test and they saw me within 5-10min of waiting, checked my weight, etc and had me doing my drug screen right then and there. They even went outta their way to print me some work paper that had nothing to do with my drug screen. I appreciate the hospitality and respect they showed me. I will be coming back to this exact location. ( P.S They even opened up the doors 15min early just for people to sit inside to wait for them to open at 8:00am! )

From the front desk person to my exit everyone was very professional. It was very clean part. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful to me. It was a first visit for me andI am a senior.. Medical staff was very nice. Doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable

Take 3 hours to get a prescription . Which I already knew what I needed! Then lady going lie about Walmart pharmacy close at 9 in cedar hill ! They close at 7 pm. I will never comeback!

Front desk receptionist gots to do better..like she was off a little. Not rude at all but be present and not zoned out. Not going into too much detail about writing this out but the nurse and Dr were cool. After visit, what was discussed was not done. My meds were not callled in after we discussed her prescribing a medication and my accommodations paperwork was filled out incorrectly..they made me feel comfortable enough to to clarify or go behind them and check but now wish I did. Definitely would return but would be more thorough in regards to receiving and following through with the information.
