CareNow Urgent Care - Eastern & Horizon Ridge

I knew I had bronchitis so went online and scheduled an appointment. Uploaded all my information ahead of time. Received a text message when my time was ready. Spent 10 mins in waiting room and 15 mins in the back with the Doctor and Nurse. Got my prescriptions seamlessly. Very easy experience. I highly recommend going online ahead of time. Will save you a lot of time in the facility.

I had a a lower respiratory infection. I signed in at home electronically, therefore I waited at home for my scheduled appointment instead on in the office. When I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment I was taken in within 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was seen by Oliver. He was friendly, quick and efficient. I am on the mend and very happy!

Amazing! Best experience I've ever had at urgent care. A different location transferred me here at end of day & despite the inconvenience I'm glad they did! I was able to check-in on-line & complete paperwork & by the time I arrived they were ready for me! All the staff were super friendly, helpful & efficient. I was in & out in no time!

The staff was great! They were friendly and courteous, even personable. My only issue was that it was very busy and there was only one doctor working, making for extremely long wait times. Beyond that it was a great experience.

Excellent service and care. The CareNow at the location I usually visit referred me to this branch for a shorter wait time, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Just like the other location, this clinic was clean, service very professional and caring, office staff friendly. Only waited about 10 minutes and was seen. CareNow makes setting appointments and completing paperwork quick and easy. Convenient, excellent physicians and medical staff. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.
