Everyone at this location was helpful and kind. I got in right away with the mobile check in and it was so easy. Steven Xiao PA-C is an excellent provider with great bedside manner. Azsia was so helpful at the front desk, made it easy, Rey was a thorough MA and helpful. Celeste took my X-rays and was precise and skilled. Really great experience and I will be using them again.

I went in today without calling ahead. I didn't have very high expectations but I was able to get checked out very fast. This place is very transgender friendly and the staff were so professional. I can't say the same about the customers there giving me dirty looks but the staff made me feel like I belonged. They cured me of this whooping cough I had for so long that I can't remember. I literally went to multiple doctors and they couldn't do what this place did. I would definitely come back even though it is a 30 minute drive because they take pride into their line of work. Keep it up boys and girls !

I've been twice in less than a week because I had the flu and minor lung issue. The wait time was reasonable. The front office and medical staff were all great. The doctor even called me after the first visit to let me know they called in an additional medication because wanted to take extra precaution with my lungs. I appreciate that. Also, I live in Boulder City and this is convenient. Overall a great experience!

I was reluctant to go to an urgent care, but I was not feeling well… This Place changed my perspective. It was extremely clean and the staff were all so polite! The doctor and the nurse that we’re working on January 29 were so very caring and understanding and patient and professional I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend care now as an urgent care.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. Cher was super friendly, Alex was very thorough and asked all the right questions and the PA, Steven Xiao was very kind and gave options for treatment vs just calling in a script and calling it a day. He really made me feel comfortable with declining certain services and didn’t get pushy, which I appreciate.
