CareNow Urgent Care - Chester

I was in and out in less than an hour. I called two days later to ask for 2 day extension on my leave of absence from work. They said yes. I did not have to go back in for a recheck. What an amazing and compassionate medical team and staff. From check in, to the wonderful person taking my vitals, to the PA that saw me. Everyone took amazing care of me. Hopefully, I won't need urgent care for a long time, but if I do, Care Now will be the one and only place I will go. Thank you for my amazing and thoughtful care!

Excellent receptionist customer service. Minimal waiting time to seen by provider. Nurse was thoughtful to turn off the lights given I was suffering from a terrible migraine. Experienced issue with one of the script orders sent to pharmacist. Resulted in return to CareNow to attempt to have resent. After another trip to pharmacist who at this point could not locate records for script, returned to CareNow for 3rd time. Receptionist went above & beyond to assure my husband left knowing the Dr had actually phoned the pharmacist and script would be filled. Upon 4th visit, miraculously, pharmacist was able to complete the order. It seems much for a script. However the migraine is relentless and I needed something else for hopefully aiding in relief as the Dr had recommended ER if not bet

My very sick wife and I arrived at 5:10pm and she registered completely by phone. The receptionist stated she didn't see the registration. She sent my wife another link. She registered again but was having issues getting the photo of the insurance card to go through. Instead of helping, the receptionist sent another link. She registered a third time with the same issue. I approached her to see if she can help because she registered 3 times with the first one going through on our. She didn't but took the time to say, "it worked on every one else". What kind of people work here where they can't help. We walked out and drove to the Colonial Heights branch and was seen in 10 minutes. Any issues that came about, the receptionist helped. We were at the Chester branch for 35 minutes still regist

Worst experience to date. The front desk receptionist was rude and aggressive. Patience and empathy is key when your a medical receptionist in a clinic. If your not that, this is not the job for you. Also I advised that my copay was not what it was generating it to be. She argued me up and down and told me that she wasn't going to get in trouble for anyone. My daughter and I have been here at this Chester location 8 times this year and always paid the necessary copay but this lady wouldn't listen. They are just rude here today. If they weren't 5 mins away I wouldn't come here.

I registered online, very easy. With in minutes i received message that I was ready to be seen. After ariving and checking in, I was taken back immediately. The nurse came in to take vitals right away! I was in and out, totally time less than 1hour! For any and all Urgent care needs, this is where I'll be going! Thank you!!
