Several times they have put my medicine in the wrong place in my packet. The most recent is they put ambien in with my evening medicine with my Tylenol and tramadol. This medicine is to be taken at bedtime for sleep and you must go to bed immediately. It does not make you sleepy gradually. It just knocks you out without warning. That is highly dangerous and no pharmacy should ever make a mistake like that. Fortunately I still have my faculties and could see what happened. Check your medicine carefully.

I had some issues with how my meds were being shipped, because FedEx has proven to be inept in my neighborhood, in my opinion. Carekinesis listened and corrected the issue, and shipped it via UPS without delay. I will upgrade this review when they consistently ship future meds via UPS.

Friendly, compassionate staff. They have been taking care of me for over 2 years now, and they are dependable, and caring. You will never be disappointed if you have these folks on your team.
