CareFirst Urgent Care - Bowling Green South

Great urgent care. They saw my my son at 7:45 when they closed at 8. I called ahead and they had everything set up and ready for us. They went above and beyond to make my boy comfortable and I appreciated it very much, from the girl at the front counter to the provider on duty and everyone in between. Will definitely go back again when need be.

The copay price was a little steeper than I'm used to. It's usually like 15 to 20 dollars but it was fifty. Other than that tho i thoroughly enjoyed my visit and felt very taken care of

Dr. Thompson was extremely attentive to my care immediately assessing each symptom. She started my IV fluids with ultimate care to help me on the road to recovery. My grand daughter was seen as well and she was patient as she questioned her about each symptom. We were both prescribed medications that have helped tremendously. This Flu A and stomach virus are no joke.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I’m genuinely questioning this provider’s (Jessica?) qualifications. She had to Google my “diagnosis” and couldn’t even pronounce it. Once she decided on a diagnosis, I explained that it didn’t match any of my symptoms — she just shrugged and said she didn’t know. It was an absolute waste of my time and extremely frustrating. The only positive part of the visit was the front desk staff, who were wonderful and professional.

Both my provider and CNA were professional , very nurturing , & understanding . Just what a patient needs when feeling so vulnerable & sick. Always recommend this clinic over others in the area.
