My husband had a visit here when we first moved here from Cali and we’re trying to figure out our health insurance… Dr B. was super friendly and so was the staff. I was dealing with an infection in my ear and couldn’t get in to see the doctor for a couple of weeks so decided to give urgent care a shot. Remembered the doctor from this clinic and called to see if they could get me in (they could). In addition, you are able to book an appointment online for the same day. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Excellent service from every member (doctor on down) on their team. Highly recommend!

I fell and injured my shoulder during my business trip and wanted to rule out anything serious before traveling back home. Both the doctor and nurse practitioner were excellent with their timeliness, communication, standard of care - everything. Efficient and friendly - a great combination….

My son had a big fall on the playground, as a frantic mom I called many places to see where we could get an x ray. The receptionist who answered the phone was very informative, had answers and offered to check me in over the phone. She was very patient as I had to change my appointment time shortly after. I got there and the check in was smooth and the wait was short. Dr. Katende was cheerful and thorough. He asked my son for his version of what happened and inspected his arm and then did the x rays. The staff we interacted with were all polite as well. We got a brace and a referral for children's orthopedic. It was a smooth process. In medical situations when you need help the most and the professionals are that exactly- professional it helps put emotions as ease. Thank you guys!

Kind, professional and they saw my granddaughter at the last minute before they closed. They let us come in. We didn’t have an appointment. We didn’t pre-schedule but they still allowed me to have my granddaughter to be seen by a doctor. I am so appreciative. She tested positive for the flu. She been out of school since Thursday, so I really appreciate this doctor and their staff.

Do not go here for anything too serious. Especially for anything with a possible broken bone or sprain. You will get misdiagnosed. Go to another urgent care, or a real doc instead of wasting your time here. I had come in because of a cycle crash. I explain what happened, and my symptoms, which was mainly my elbow and wrist. But the doc initially only wanted to look at my elbow. I guess because it had the most visible scratches. But I told him to look at my wrist too. Even so, he looked at my elbow for like 5 seconds and said it was a sprain, but would do xray anyways. I asked about wrist again, but insisted that it was likely nothing. He looked at wrist for a couple seconds. Said it was just radiating pain from my elbow. Then said, we could do a xray of wrist if I wanted, but
