Care Resource Pharmacy

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The staff at this office is incredibly unprofessional. Every time I’ve been in, i'm waiting forever, the front desk team is either on their phones, ignoring patients, or acting like answering a simple question is a burden. Basic courtesy is clearly not a priority here. I had bloodwork done over two weeks ago and still haven’t received my results. I’ve called five times, and each time I’m either put on hold forever or told someone will “call me back”—which never happens. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand how this office has positive reviews. Patient care and communication here are severely lacking. I have not gotten my meds on time once since they been open,and again for the 5th time. I was told to come back in 9 day -Friday January 16th,and they are closed Friday,sat sun,Mon..the bad part is,I get sick I don't take my meds.The should have kept CVS Pharmacy there.

Very nice, helpful, informative and fast working Employees. Got everything I needed in a very timely matter after leaving the Doctor in less than 30 minutes.

I love care Resource pharmacy the staff is very caring and efficient and they go out of their way to help the patients receive their medications in a timely manner.
