Care Pharmacy & Surgicals

This pharmacy had my prescription(s) for days and didn’t fill it. When I came in to pick it up they said it wasn’t filled because I didn’t call them. I’ve never had to call a pharmacy for a prescription to be filled unless it was for a refill. That’s the doctor’s job. I was then told I would have to come back due to a system issue. If the system issue was today then why wasn’t my prescription ready from days ago? But fine. I wouldn’t simply have to send my prescription elsewhere, right? Wrong! Due to them not answering the phone(after several calls mind you), I couldn’t even send my prescription over to another pharmacy through my insurance because they had my prescription “filled” in the system and didn’t cancel it. How could that be when I was told no medication was available for me? A

Friendly people, excellent service. Also they have a notary public on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. And you can take the DMV eye test here.

Awesome customer service the pharmacist and the girls in front go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need if they don’t have something they will order it for you friendly and professional service
