Care Haven Center

My great grandmother was in this center for rehab. I honestly have nothing bad to say, I mean the food could have been a little better but I understand it’s like hospital food. But I will say that the rehab dept got her back to where she needed to be. The one person that really stood out, went above and beyond, was so knowledgeable, caring and was so good at her job was Kelly the social worker. She worked with my grandmother and my mom with explaining things. I don’t know what she makes but she deserves a raise. She is really an asset to this center and deserves more than what she gets, I’m sure. Thank you Kelly for helping us with the processes. I hope my mom or grandmother never needs to go into a nursing home but if they do, Care Haven will definitely be my choice because of Kelly

My wife just checked out of the facility after about a week stay. Things went much better than another recent stay at another local care center. They were staffed much better and my wife and others patients did not have to wait very long at all when they requested assistance. In fact, on several occasions CNA's came in to check on patients even without being asked. So the service was much better. Additionally, support staff such as the Social Services and Front Office staff were very helpful and provided excellent service and helpful advice. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I went to visit my grandmother there today. The entire building smells terrible. We couldn’t even stay long to visit. We had ordered pizza to have pizza with her and couldn’t even eat it. The health department will be getting a call from me! The smells is so bad ! Very disgusting and disturbing!

my 90 year old mother had to go for rehab after being in the hospital with covid. I was given a fairly large list of rehab centers to choose from, after careful consideration I chose Care Haven and I'm really glad I did, my mom got excellent care from a marvelous staff, they were all delightfully friendly! The center is well maintained, very clean, and my mom, who is a chronic complainer never had a a bad word to say, so if you're looking for a rehab or nursing home I highly recommend you check out Care Haven

The staff was great ,the social worker Kelli did a excellent job going over all the paper work for me. Very nice!!
