Atmosphere seems dry and unwelcoming. Met with the doctor and he seemed unconcerned which is a good thing but was also very standoffish. I know I’m young, so it’s possible maybe my heart concerns aren’t believable. However, was informed that my bad cholesterol was high, which didn’t make sense because I haven’t had blood work in nearly a year and a half. What does that have to do with today’s appointment, my body and eating habits have changed a lot since my last blood work and feel at this point that old blood work isn’t as valid in today’s appointment as I’ve been chasing healthier lifestyles too. Very odd appointment and service to me.

I came in here and I was sweating profusely, gasping for breath not able to walk correctly. I was swaggering back-and-forth. They looked at me just as calmly and said we have you checked in have a seat. I waited a few minutes and it was getting worse and they could see that it was getting worse. I thought about going out to my car and laying down, but I asked them if there was somewhere in here I could lay down. They looked at me kind of strange and said well I guess we’ll see if there’s someplace we can lay you down. But maybe that wasn’t possible. No one I mean no one showed any concern about Walking in excessively sweaty, completely drenched with sweat, staggering short of breath! I’m not coming back here again. They had no concern whatsoever. I will stick to the location on 74 Thomas

I didn't need to wait long (under 5 minutes) to be seen. The office staff and doctor were friendly. I inquired prior to making an appointment about if they tested for POTS, however, and was told they did. For reference to others, they don't have a tilt table. I'm not sure if a tilt table is necessary for diagnosis, but it is one of the main methods used for diagnosis so it would have been helpful to know this prior to the appointment.

I’m struggling to understand the point of scheduling an appointment if patients are still expected to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. It’s extremely frustrating and frankly unacceptable. If a practice cannot manage the number of patients being booked, then adjustments need to be made to avoid over-scheduling. Respecting patients' time should be a priority. Think twice before choosing this office for you heart needs. Unless you have time to waste

Didn’t appreciate being asked to provide a reason for cancelation when cancelling an appointment well in advance.
