Let me start off by saying that Dr. Marsahll saved my life by performing emergency stent surgery on me in the wee hours of the morning. Tara Baker did my post ops in hospital and absolutely excellent. She has a wonderful personality. She simply energizes the whole room. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in "lehmans terms."

Terrible place. If I could give zero stars I would. Upon my first visit, the receptionist was nasty and had a negative attitude. Then I receive an ultrasound on my heart (echo) on May 1st. Informed by the technician that I have several leaking heart valves at 36 weeks pregnant. She informed me that the doctor would call me to further explain my results. I received no call. I had to call on Tuesday May 6th to inquire about my own results. Very unprofessional. The doctor finally got back to me by sending an email a week after the ultrasound to explain how everything is “normal”. I asked to receive a call not an email that I barely check. Once again very unprofessional. How are leaky valves during the 3rd trimester normal to the point I feel like I’m about to have a heart attach? Licensure sh

Tara Baker was absolutely amazing!! She was well versed on Lyme and the affects on the heart. She has a great personality and is caring. Her staff was very cheerful and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

My wife got excellent care from Tara Baker, CRNP. She was very pleased with all aspects of her care. Tara was wonderful and we were comfortable with all that was done. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid this practice, they are disorganized and unprofessional. I went to see a specialist there for a serious heart murmur. After the echo cardiograms of my neck and heart, they failed to return my calls and emails to answer questions. Billing department is a nightmare. Over billed me for $700, got the service date wrong, and apparently don't even know the basics for applying medical insurance.
