Cardinal Pediatrics

I got seen yesterday with my 10-year-old child. And it was a nurse not a doctor. That later I found out when I got home. I was pressured into getting my child vaccinated which I do not vaccinate that is my right. Then she manipulated my child into checking his genitals after he told her no twice. Needless to say I do not want to see that lady again.

During our first visit, I really appreciated how comfortable the staff made my daughter and I feel. Some things like letting her color on the table sheet, and giving her tokens to get stickers seem simple, but to my daughter it was like winning the lottery. I appreciate the care they provided because they put me at ease.

It’s an amazing pediatricians office, my daughter loves it here and the stuff is always friendly and so nice!

Dr Fryer is a superior doctor, in that she rakes time to listen and she does absolutely all she can to care for all of her children there. She has superior bedside manor and is able to talk to in English, not just doctor language. She will work non stop to assist your children and if she's unable to she will get the proper care in place, such as a specialist, or whatever maybe needed for the best proper care

I love the doctor we see. But getting very annoyed with poor communication: We live in a area where service and internet is limited. So when we say we need a call back ASAP we mean ASAPPP. My baby just got out of bed hospitalized for a week for RSV and has needed to be seen since Monday and feet have been drug and we still haven’t heard anything. It’s Friday. We text so that way we know it at least can go through. Calls are often playing phone tag. We also have questions we desperately want to ask. I have considered going to a more laid back Pediatric office, as I do love the doctor now, and used to really like this set up. It makes it hard.
