I am absolutely blown away by the OT at Cornerstone. Kathy Citerone helped my baby when she was first born when her sucking reflex was very delayed. She also helped her again at 9 months old when she refused to get on hands and knees to crawl and pull up to stand. After helping my baby find the right neural pathways for the movement this morning, my sweet baby pulled up to stand on her own tonight! I can’t believe how fast the therapy worked. Kathy is top notch, so compassionate, and we are lucky to have her 💜.

They are no longer accepting The Health Plan or any WV medicaid plans as of June 1. So they do not care about their patients and only care about how much money they are getting from private insurances. Was told to get a different insurance if I wanted to continue being a patient.

The staff is great. The only reason for three stars is the air freshener is so strong. My daughter struggles with it and honestly, I find it to be way too much. Anyone with asthma or sensitive lungs would be prohibited from receiving services here. That shouldn’t be.

I have been bringing my son here since 2017 for his special needs. They go above and beyond anything that is needed. I cannot say enough about this place. They have supported us through ups and downs, smiles and tears. When my son started loosing his vision, they started working with him on how to navigate through, when he is struggling with needing "prop" they meet his needs. I am just so blessed we have such kind and compassionate people to care for my son. My mind is at ease when he is there, bc I know he is getting his needs met.
