CVS Pharmacy

Everyone at CVS in Target are so friendly and helpful. I’m always greeted with a smile and my questions are always answered. I received my flu vaccine at the pharmacy and it was so convenient.

Just called to renew a prescription. The lady who answered was rude stating I called on the doctor line. Maybe don’t put the number on google or my prescription bottle if that’s not what you want people to call. Better yet, perhaps your phones are having issues routing and it incorrectly routed me to the line you answered. Just sayin’. No reason for rudeness. If you don’t like your job get another.

The customer service is excellent at this CVS. I believe they called the pharmacist John. I should have got the young lady’s name that also helped. They are excellent.

My friend got a vaccine today and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They are very afraid of needles but the Lead Pharmacy Tech, Sophie, was very patient. They were super busy today but attended in a timely manner. Sometimes the line goes out the aisle much like today. John has always been super kind and attentive to his patients.

My wife is sick with a 103 degree temperature, and all she’s been waiting for is her steroid prescription. Not only did this place lose the prescription multiple times, but my wife called over and over again and no one returned her call! She finally had to drive there, while sick as can be, and have them tell her they just don’t have it and that they will be closing soon. They basically told her tough break and try tomorrow. She is sick!!! She needed that to help her fever and symptoms come down. I’m so angry and the fact that they don’t even take calls anymore shows how little CVS cares. You have to leave a voicemail and hope they call you back. This place couldn’t care less if my people get their medicine or not! They just do the bare minimum it seems at all times. I do not recommend.
