Carbon Physical Therapy and Sports Performance

Keith did a phenomenal job at listening to my issues and putting a game plan together. I was having consistent numbness in my left arm at night. Keith was able to pinpoint why my arm/hands were going numb and worked multiple exercises on strengthening the muscle in my shoulder to prevent this. He would also massage and loosen areas of pain associated with it. I can happily say I do not have any numbing my arm anymore. It has significantly improved my quality of life in and out of the gym. I highly recommend Keith.

As a CrossFit athlete and pickleball enthusiast I started to develop pain in my right shoulder. The pain became worse when playing pickleball and ached in the middle of the night. I reached out to Keith and explained my concerns. He immediately worked out a treatment plan after my initial assessment to strengthen my shoulder and after about 4 weeks the pain was completely gone and has not returned. I am able to CrossFit on average three days a week and play pickleball for 2+ hours 5-6 days a week. Keith also addressed hip rotation which is a must when playing pickleball. I now have better hip rotation for my forehand and backhand swings. Thank you so much Keith!!!!

Keith was awesome for my daughter and her low back pain. As an athlete, over use, tight muscles and not having proper recover becomes an issue. Keith treated the source of her pain addressing areas of tightness, weakness, breathing techniques and most important, educating her. Keith treats the source to prevent reoccurrence verses a temporary fix that will finds its way back!!

Keith is a phenomenal physical therapist! I have loose shoulder cuffs and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. He was able to make my shoulders more stable than they have ever been. We’ve recently been working on my knees and hips. My squats have never felt better!

Dr. Hopkins was phenomenal! I suffered an ankle injury 20 years ago and based on consultations with orthopedic surgeons and podiatrists, I accepted that I would have to live with limited mobility and a dull ache in my foot. After my initial consultation with Dr. Hopkins, I was optimistic that this wasn't the case, and I could actually work to improve mobility and decrease pain. He was very patient and encouraging throughout my treatment and provided a lot of education about the connection between different parts of my body! He does a wonderful job tailoring your exercises in a scaffolding approach to push you just above your current abilities. I would highly recommend Dr. Hopkins to anyone looking to improve their physical mobility and quality of life!
