Carbon Health Urgent Care Somerset - Franklin

I’ve been here a few times and recently came in for mastitis. The first doctor I saw was amazing I’m very thankful she prescribed the right antibiotics and took great care of me. A few days later I returned for a follow-up with a different doctor. While I was feeling better and my fever had gone away, I was still having pain. The visit felt very brief and a bit dismissive. I had to ask if she could physically examine me, as she wasn’t originally planning to. When she did check, the exam felt very quick and barely like an examination. I was also told the follow-up would be cheaper than the initial visit. I already felt the follow-up didn’t justify the $155 charge, and now receiving an additional $30 bill has left me feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

I’ve been going to Carbon Health for a few years now. I must say every time I’ve been there I’ve been met with care and incredibly knowledgeable doctors. Today March 8, 2026 I had to go in because I had an earache. The doctor’s name who assisted me today was Trisha and her assistant was Angie. They were not only able to assist me with my problem but also related with me because I have little ears and everything is so sensitive. Trisha had little ears as well and was super understanding. She even suggested an earbud that would work well with my little ears. I am very grateful for the knowledge relatability and quick service they provided today!

I had actually gone to a different urgent care in South Brunswick since I had been going there for years.  They sent me home with just an inhaler.  A week later I’m feeling even worse. I looked up Carbon Health on my list of providers.  I was so Leary about going since I knew nothing about it.  BEST decision I ever made!  I was able to get an appointment within the hour.  Upon my initial appointment, I was greeted with care and concern.  The entire staff was absolutely amazing.  They took the time to properly triage me and provide a better level of care.  They took a chest X-Ray and discovered I had Pneumonia.  The other (not to be named) urgent care did nothing close to that !  I am so disappointed in our healthcare in NJ.  But this Somerset location has restored my faith!!!  If you are l

Been here numerous times in the past and had a decent experience. Today I scheduled my appointment for 215 and 45 min later I still haven't been called. If you don't have enough nurse on site please be mindful of the appointment portal. Also the woman at the front desk doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in. I do not care if you are reading something on the screen as I walked in, you must at least greet and say I will be right with you or something. About 40 seconds or so of me standing and staring her down... she then said "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?". Definitely bad manners and poor appointment management this time around

Carbon Health in Somerset is really great to go for an urgent care situation. The staff is always so helpful and compassionate. Starting from the receptionist all the way through to the dr. Dr. Ghabour has been so amazing to me as I've had so many different health issues over the years. She always takes her time and listens to all my concerns and answers all my many questions. She is so very patient and kind. I appreciate everyone at Carbon Health and I continue to go there specifically instead of my GP because of the special treatment they give everyone. Keep up the good work. If you need medical care, I highly recommend Carbon Health in Somerset. They are tops in my book. 😊😊😊
