Carbon Health Urgent Care Cerritos

I want to share my experience with Carbon Health Urgent Care in Cerritos. I visited on a Wednesday morning around 10:30am and booked my appointment through the app. The process was simple and hassle-free. I was quickly greeted by the front desk staff and called in less than a minute. Thankfully, it wasn't busy at the time. The medical team assessed me, providing excellent service, care, and a clear explanation of my symptoms. I'm happy to have found a new urgent care that's entirely digital, making everything easy and accessible. I can view my results, prescriptions, and visits directly from the app. Thanks to the team for taking good care of me.

My wife was easily able to book online and they got me booked 15 minutes after over the phone as I was having issues remembering my account password. When we got there they saw us almost immediately and together. Great customer service and thorough during the visit.

Awful awful awful!! They prescribed me pimple cream for my private parts! First they told me I had a yeast infection and had me take some over the counter stuff for it. Later they said it wasn't a yeast infection but actually bacterial vaginosis. So I took the yeast infection stuff for nothing but okay. Then they prescribed me a gel to put in the area for the bacterial vaginosis. But get this...carbon health urgent care physician assistant prescribed me pimple gel for it. They prescribed the wrong stuff! I'm so mad. I read the box and it said don't apply to privates and for external use only. I googled and it said same thing and said only for pimples. You can even see the drug insert attached to this review where it says don’t apply to that area. The other red flag was their instructions

We had one of our better experiences at carbon health, urgent care located in Cerritos! Front desk staff is outstanding efficient and professional back office staff was he more efficient, friendly, and professional! Overall, the clinic was clean, quiet, and well maintained! Our physician assistant that saw our son was able to quickly diagnose and provide a treatment plan and education to a stubborn 15-year-old! I would Highly recommend this urgent care based off of my recent experience

I visited the clinic on a holiday and surprisingly it was open. It wasn’t busy the time I came in. It was fast and doctor came in within ten minutes or less after being seen from the nurse. Overall, all staff members in the clinic were friendly and understanding to my medical health and needs.
