The only reliable pharmacy with my medication in stock. I've been using them since 2018 and I love Capsule. They always work with me, process quickly, and deliver on time. Derek from support helped me out today and was especially kind, responsive, and diligent. He helped me find a solution (consolidating my deliveries for multiple medications) in no time. Plus, when I had a gap in insurance coverage last year, Capsule applied their coupons and it came out to my insurance price! Healthcare needs more companies like Capsule, plain and simple. I couldn't be more appreciative and happy to have Capsule.

Their delivery is quick and ontime, their customer service is amazing -- available by text, phone or email-- and a HUMAN responds quickly. They take my insurance as well as honoring GoodRX coupons. I started using Capsule to help my mom with ordering her medication. It was really quite simple. The sign up process was easy, as well as sending in a prescription. Delivery dates and times are always available. The delivery person is always pleasant and on time. I also use the service and will continue to do so. Better than standing in a long line to only be told you have 45 minutes before the script is filled.

I never knew it was possible to adore a pharmacy. Capsule makes the whole process of having to get medications seamless. They call doctors offices for you to get refills, they are on top of when refills are due, they respond to all messages quickly, efficiently, and with answers and solutions. If a medication isn’t covered by insurance they give you a heads up and find coupons to get the cost down if need be. Plus, there are plenty of delivery windows available for all schedules and the deliveries always happen within the scheduled window.
