Capitol Vein & Laser Centers - Frederick

I saw Dr. McNeil this morning in regards to potential vein issues in my legs and feet. He was very patient and gave me good advice. Going back in January to have a scan on my legs just to get a baseline. I was concerned that I had some varicose veins that may be an issue, but he laid my concerns to the side.

I did not find Dr. Rosenberg to be trustworthy or honest. He literally stopped his PA from putting in an insurance request to see if vascular treatment would be covered (obviously embarrassing her in front of the patient by the way he spoke to her) insisting I would have to pay out of pocket for a cosmetic procedure. He also ignored me repeatedly when I kept bringing a specific issue to his attention, finally told me to see a podiatrist to end the conversation. I have a hereditary genetic disorder that causes cascading chain of events in my body. This doctor did absolutely nothing to show he took what I said seriously. All of the staff at Capitol Vein & Laser Centers-Frederick location are the best! I was nervous for the vein procedures that I needed to have, but Dr.Rosenberg and his amazing medical assistant Rishena put me right at ease and I was surprised at how easy the whole process was. They have calm, casual personalities but yet are experienced and professional, which is noticeable right away. I need additional procedures and will not go anywhere else but here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this team!

Poorly organized practice. Never contacted me to confirm appointment because I had “opted out of text messages”. The reason I had opted out was in reference to spider vein treatment which did not work because of vein issues. They did not attempt to reach me by email or direct phone contact. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment on the spot.

I sincerely recommend this practice. I had vein procedures done with Capitol Vein and Laser, Dr Paul McNeill, in 2015 and also recently in 2024/25. The office is very neat and clean. Everyone is very professional but friendly. Dr McNeill listens, cares and is proactive about his patients.
