While online scheduling can be quite frustrating (availability does not actually match the providers), the office staff here is always friendly and helpful. The nurses and PAs are also great. I specifically see Dr. Ray, and can honestly say she is the best primary care physician I've had in my life. I've never had a problem here and have been coming for 3 years now.

Rosa at the front desk was extremely rude during my last visit and made unnecessary, negative comments about my appearance. Because she knows my mother, she seemed to think it was acceptable to speak to me that way, and even said she would let my mom know she saw me after I clearly told her not to. I’ve been coming to this office for a long time, and the only reason I continue to stay is because of Dr. Ray.

Never had an issue until I saw Alex Sanchez, the WORST bedside manner, was rude and barely helped me with my issues. I will never ever see her again, I would rather wait hours or days for a different doctor than ever waste my time with her. Terrible!!!

Worst place ever. I go on line to make a appointment with my provider click on her name and it brings up her availability I pick a time and answer a million questions and confirm my appointment. Mind you I have hurt my back and am in bad pain. I drive 40 minutes to my appointment only to be told once I get there that my appointment is not with my provider it is with the same day urgent care place in the back. I told the receptionist that I made the appointment with a specific person and not the place in the back she had not much to say about that but said if the providers photo is not on the page next to the time I made the appointment then there are not available. Both my husband and I are patients of this practice. I have attempted to make four appointments over the last 6 months but have never been able to get through to a human being to schedule an appointment. When I have tried to schedule via mychart, there are never any appointments available with my doctor. The last time my husband went into the office to see his provider (within the last year), he was notified that she left the practice. He was then evaluated by a nurse practitioner who told him she forgot he was in the exam room… 2 hours later. He adored his provider, as I did mine, but we have both scheduled with Community Care as of today. No more games with our time, money, or health.
