WellNow Urgent Care

In response to emergent medical concern, was able to get quick appointment via website. Website easy to use and handle all pre- visit paperwork. Upon arrival, site was clean and intake was professional (observed that walk-ins also welcome). Waiting times were reasonable and staff were very supportive and focused on meeting my needs. Options provided to address my needs and ensure a welcome result. Communication and follow-up were also great.

I need lab work for a UTI. The person I saw said it could take 24-36 hours to received. She sent a script for Fosfomycin to my pharmacy. The pharmacy did not have it so being a Friday it would take until Monday to get. >The person I saw said she would call me when the test results came in. She didn't >I called to try and get the results at 9 am on Sunday. Hadn't heard by 3:30 called again. I was told once again someone would call. >She called at around 5:30. I explained had been without any type of medication for 3 days. The one that was called in no one I talked to had ever heard of it. She told me because I said I was allergic to different antibiotics that is the reason it was chosen. Every time I went to WellNow Urgent Care staff and Physicians/PA have always been accommodating and made the process where the wait was not long and had results in a short time. No one wants to wait in long especially if they’re not feeling well. Thank you to the staff P.A. Ghani, Alexis, Brittany and Melanie.

It is so much nicer than going to the ER, or even the primary care Dr's office. Staff is super friendly, you have your choice of beverages while you wait, have a coffee (flavor or your choice) 2 different flavors of slushies.it's so much nicer than a trip to the ER.

Every experience I’ve had at Wellnow urgent care has been excellent including this most recent one. The staff are s both competent and caring. I always leave feeling relieved and so much better.
