Capital city has been seeing my children for a few years. I love them no complaints at all. The staff are always so friendly and are amazing with the kids !

We received phenomenal and patient service from Dr. Kay and assistants Honesty and Fuschia in April of this year! We have three young children (7, 6, and 4 at the time), and these ladies were patient, knowledgeable, and kind! They answered all of our questions with grace! We loved their customer service and care. The wait was a bit long, but it was in the afternoon and there were quite a few people waiting to be seen (my daughter actually saw her class mate there from school 😆). Would highly recommend! Thank you ladies so much! 🙏🏼💗

Very Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other families can make an informed decision. We recently moved to the area and were looking for a good children’s dentist. After calling several times over a few days, I finally reached someone at Capital City Dentistry to schedule appointments for my two children. I was told new patient forms would be emailed to me, but we never received them or any appointment confirmation. I called again a couple of days later, and they finally sent the forms. I completed and submitted the forms online and assumed everything was ready. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant was amazing at making my 6 year old grandson feel comfortable. AND we loved Mrs Von. It was a great experience. The dentist was great also!

I do not recommend at all. Dr. Williams is untruthful, condescending, and rude. (If she replies to this post denying what I've said, it will most certainly prove my point.) My children went in for a cleaning on December 30, 2025. The front desk staff and the dental hygienist were nice and polite. When it came time for the dentist, Dr. Williams, to examine their teeth, she was very rude. She did not introduce herself. She just walked over and began the exam. When I attempted to speak to express a concern for one of my children, she held up her index finger and stated, "one second. Hold on a minute." After she finished the exam, she then gave me permission to speak. That was strike one. One of my children needed to get crowns because of cavities. My family hasn't ever dealt with getting
