I came into the ER on Friday, 11/7/25 having chest pain and was scared to death! I have never been admitted to the hospital other than to have both of my children so being told that first I had a heart attack and then that I was being admitted my anxiety level was through the roof!! But the thing that made this whole situation more bearable was the exceptional KINDNESS that I experienced from your staff-from the time that I came into the door until I was discharged, I was treated with compassion and professionalism. I myself being a nurse for almost 32 years, I can truly say that your staff is top notch! I had the privilege of having Christie and Kim as my two nurses during the weekend and Dinabell as my nurse on Monday! Exceptional people and excellent nurses who went above and beyond to
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I guess the one star can go to the intake and nurse (Christina) being nice. The “doctor” however was HORRIBLE. After sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours I was finally called back and I was not heard and basically was given the same medication I had taken at home and two hours later the nurse came in with discharge papers. No explanation no nothing just you can leave now. My pain nor symptoms changed within that timeframe. I requested to speak to the dr and he said he couldn’t do anything and I had to go see my primary care doctor. It’s a Saturday morning after a holiday. I told him he had never asked me what medications I had taken or about my medical history and he just assumed and didn’t let me talk. I ended up leaving and going to another ER that
Sitting in the waiting room for 2+ hours. Whole time I'm here for a possible miscarriage and people are being taken back except for us. Watched a whole new wave of patients come in since we've been here and we're still waiting. Lab work has been done, triage has been completed but we're still waiting. I was here with my last pregnancy and lost the baby which they know about because I told them my reasons for concern were higher BECAUSE of a previous loss... AND WERE STILL WAITING!!!! Don't waste your time, just go somewhere else...
I had to call the ambulance for my elderly mom. From the time we arrived at the hospital, all of the staff, nurses and ER doctor were kind, gentle with my mom, professional and patient. Once she was moved to a room (she stayed for two days) the staff was wonderful. All of her nurses were friendly and professional as well as the many doctors she saw on rounds due to her condition. Everyone of the was clear with their explanations of what was going on, her condition and concerns and they always asked if we had questions for them. Definitely a hospital I would recommend and take my 83 yr old mother to again for care.
Majority of staff in all departments were very nice and caring. However, my last night as a patient was very bad. Have alot of issues with my back and knees. Dr's ordered pain meds and muscle relaxers for it and nursing staff decided to withhold them just because they could for hours. One nurse thought they were ordered ever 8 hrs and they were ordered every three, I had to show her the order to prove it. Everything is recorded and displayed on My Chart. This was no longer available when I got home. Being in as a heart patient, this created alot of unnecessary pain and stress. So far when talking with a Doctor or administration, they were only defended, exception was the Floor Manager who recognized the problem and said he would deal with it which was encouraging. I am to speak with the
