I have been going here for almost 10 years and when I say I would not change I mean never. The dentist is so personable yet professional and the staff as well. The ambience is calm. And they have a great deal of wisdom. My teeth have never been in better condition.

Avoid. The quality of work and service here is terrible. I've had 1 simple cavity filled here and it seemed fine at first, however it developed problems and pain in 1 year. I went to U of M's dental campus and they completely redid the filling and had to carefully rebuild the molar to fix CCDs mistake. In addition the the sloppy dental work, the staff will last minute cancel appointments that were booked months in advance. And now, years later, they start to spam me with texts begging for an appointment.

They offer the option to schedule through text. I requested an appointment and was given several options to choose from. I chose a date and time and took the day off to attend. I drove through the snow and ice just to get there and find out the office never booked my appointment. They could see the text conversation in their system, but someone failed to gather the necessary information to book the appointment. This was a waste of a day that I took off from work. They have also changed their policies regarding cleaning new patients’ teeth 3 times in recent weeks. They have officially lost the business of myself and my 3 children after this debacle.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dentist office. While I was waiting, I overheard the dentist openly talking about another patient’s body odor — right in front of me. Regardless of who the patient was, that kind of conversation is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. If this is how they speak about patients when others are around, it makes me question how they handle privacy and professionalism overall. It made me very uncomfortable and definitely left me feeling like my trust and dignity wouldn’t be respected here either. I expected a higher standard of care and conduct, and unfortunately, this visit showed me I won’t be returning.

First things first, let's talk about the owner (Dr Phillips) this man is a father, a military man and one of the sweetest humans I've ever met!!!! He is so present and calming during a situation that can be heavy and scary. Who likes needles in their mouth??? lol no one!!! I've been coming to this office for about 4 years now and I'm NEVER disappointed!! Always willing to work with you, find any way to make anything work. I cracked my tooth LAST NIGHT at work and it's 11 am and I'm being treated as we speak! I had to make it clear how amazing this office is!!! BOOOOK THEM!!!!
