I would like to thank and acknowledge the personal care of the doctors, especially my doctor Vicki Rivas. Recognize the cleanliness, organization of her services, as well as the cleanliness of this clinic. I wish they would expand their services to all specialties. My evaluation is 5 stars

They're lucky I gave 1 star. Most awful healthcare system I've ever seen. Wait and hold times are ridiculous. Then you get passed around and only Spanish speaking with thick accents I have to ask to slow down and ask to repeat 3 or 4 times to understand. On call doctors are not available for urgent questions. I could go on for hours but it's not worth a minute more of my time. I wish I could pull my mother out of this healthcare system and be done with these people. My suggestion is to find an independent solo practice outside of this network.

My husband who is in good shape and a chef, went there for his annual physical exam. The students saw him and said: "no Spanish here. We only speak English." He can communicate well in English but feels more comfortable in Spanish for his health issues. Well the doctor came after and said: all is well, just park far from wherever you go so you can walk and exercise. Then he was sent a bill because they coded his services wrong. Totally unprofessional. They asked for his insurance and ID cards to verify his insurance status and never returned them. Then he called when he realized to pass by and pick them up and they said: "Oh yes, you forgot them here."

If 0 stars was an option, that's what I'd give them. They obviously don't care about the well being of patients. Walked in the door with apparently 15 minutes left before they close and they didn't want to let me be seen by the Doctor because apparently the doctor leaves at exactly 2pm and there wouldn't be enough time for me to be seen. Worst part is that I'm in excruciating pain and I know they could tell be my expressions that I could barely walk through the door. If you need real care, don't go here!!!

So far for the last 5 years, I have been a patient here at Cano medical. I hade had a very good experience in general. People are very kind and they have improved their customer service a lot since my first visit.
