My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone there is professional, well informed, friendly and extremely nice. Jamie and Loana are superstars!!! they know their jobs and they do them well. David and Mr. Romero in the PT department make it easy to keep coming back! All the staff are friendly and easy to approach. I hope to be a client at CANO for a long while. Kudos to the manager (Andrea), for a well trained and very competent staff. I had to go there because of insurance issues with my PCP. Boy, was I glad I made to switch. I have never seen such an impressive medical office as this. Huge waiting area, clean as a whistle (not even hospitals are as impressive as this). From my very first appointment, they came and picked me up at my door and then dropped me back home. When I walked in, I was greeted with smiles from everyone "Welcome to Cano". My provider, Dr. Cohn was very receptive and patient as we went over all the issues. Apart from being a great practice, they also have a Wellness Center where Seniors can do Physical Therapy and Yoga and exercises.

I am very impressed with Andrea and Fay the Physical Therapists. They are so caring and comforting. They take the time to explain what the treatment for the session is. They make sure you are comfortable with the treatment. I have been to other Physical Therapy places. When I walk in to this therapy office I feel so at ease and feel like being among friends. Thank you ladies for everything you do to make me feel better.

The experience here was wonderfully unlike previous health centers we visited. Everyone here was kind, friendly, helpful and caring. They treated us as individual patients and not like just a number. Dr. Namnum was absolutely devoted to us ( my husband and I were both new patients). When there was a glitch in my husbands insurance Magalys Garcia took us into her office, called the insurance company and got it straightened out. Meanwhile we were now past our appointment times but Dr. Namnum personally came by and told us not to worry…he would wait for us. And he did wait…..then gave us each his full attention to our issues and medical histories. I’m am forever grateful to Cano Health for this team and we are thankful to be Cano patients. .

First of all, I want to clarify why I wrote a review yesterday which was not appropriate. That action was not fair, because I offended all the professionals in the center in 8199 Tamarac, who have been always very kind and helpful when I have been in need. Once again, I AM VERY SORRY for not being more specific when I wrote about “Cano Pharmacy”. It was not my intention to damage the excellent reputation of the profesionales in Cano Center. I wrote the review about the procedure in Cano Health PHARMACY, specifically with the Pharmacy worker named Rolando. He didn’t care about that I am an old woman, without car, without family, who is sick, and need the medicines. It is my puntual situation. Ileana De Bien
