Doctor Elias Bendeck was very professional and I’m very happy with him, I which I can continue to go there and see him as my primary doctor, but those two in the from desk are very very unprofessional and rude, I went today as my second time, and the young one she pick up the phone and said hello 3 times I thought she was saying hello to the phone and she looked up me with attitude and I said I thought you was saying hello to the phone, I didn’t say this but she was supposed to said to me ( hello miss how can I help you?) and the other one the director or supervisor I don’t know she was worse. But any way it’s a long story I’m going back to my previous doctor, feel sorry not to go back to doctor Elias Bendeck he’s very nice and good doctor. I which he can call me I can explain to him exa

Excellent from start to finish. Dr.Pamela Stearns and her team is great. Dr Stearns assures your annual checkup covers everything important and that is covered by your insurance.Assures you have important Vacinations; most are given right at the facility including drawing your blood. Dr Pamela Stearns Healthy Partners practice, they always answer the phone and answer your questions or get you answers. When I got my blood test I had question about one of the results. While I was calling, they were calling me exactly about that results and explained to me and next steps. I had problems wit the Healow website and they went to address problems ASAP. I love this place; all the Staff is friendly, responsive and willing to help and most important they do Resolve issues. This Place is a Gem. Ha
