Cannon Pharmacy (Mooresville)

I have used Cannon Pharmacy since day one of their opening which was May 2009. Anytime I’ve been there in person or called on the phone their friendly and helpful staff seem like family. Even when they’re at their busiest moments, they try so hard to get you in and out with a short wait time. Their business is at a great location because it’s never congested with heavy traffic. They also offer home delivery options. I highly recommend Cannon pharmacy to anyone that wants to be greeted with a warm, friendly smile and that’s looking for a professional Pharmacist all in one!!

The absolute BEST pharmacy in town. From the pharmacists to the check out staff, everyone is kind and helpful. They really try to get you the lowest price that they can for your prescription. I also love that they learn your name and they actually say hello to you when you walk in the door. I mean it when I say I will never go to another pharmacy again. Cannon Pharmacy is the BEST!!!!!

This is the best pharmacy in town!!! They get to know their customers and even start to call you by name which adds such a nice touch on top of the already amazing and friendly staff!!! They are quick to fill your prescriptions and always call as soon as they are filled. Highly recommend!!!

I love the employees. They are friendly and welcoming, and their dedication to their customers is evident in all they do. They help you find the best deals on your prescriptions, look for coupons and answer your questions. They deliver prescriptions locally, which is a huge help. You may pick up your prescriptions in the drive-thru, also, along with other medical items you may need. They have really went out of their way to care for their customers during Covid-19. I am most grateful to them for all they have done for my family and me during the pandemic.

I came up to this pharmacy about a week ago and had a nice experience. Renee and Sara made the experience smooth and were both very inviting. I was excited to finally come to a pharmacy were it feel personable instead of transactional. However when I called in to transfer a prescription I talked to a man named Matt who did not seem happy at all that I was calling in. Matter of fact, I felt as if I was a bother as you could hear him audibly sigh into the phone. I’m willing to give the pharmacy another chance due to other staff but I really hope Matt can make others experience better than the one I had.
