Canandaigua Smiles Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry

Rhonda was fantastic at working with our autistic son. She was patient, kind and respectful. He had a terrible experience at a prior dentist and was terrified to go back to any. For a few years we bounced around but no one would take Medicaid and then we finally heard about Canandaigua Smiles. We now have child health plus but they take both! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist for their child. They take all sorts of insurances too. All the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our son!

Would highly recommend Canandaigua Smiles!! My son is 5, non-verbal, and has autism. Both times I've gone he's been mostly resistant (because he doesn't fully understand what's happening) but they've been extremely patient and kind with him. They show the child each step of the way what they're doing so that they feel as comfortable as possible. Plus he loved the toys there and chose a plastic duck to take home at the end of his appointment, which he loved. We drive from Webster but it's well worth it!

I love the work they do on my kids. Very professional, patience & understanding of both my kids. And they also answer all their questions in detail. Make them feel comfortable at the appointment 😌 every time. Highly recommended for kids.👌 👍
