everytime i’ve ever come here I wait behind a line to get to the window for about 30 minutes, this time after the 30 minutes they ignored me at the window for 10 minutes and then said “we’ll be with you in a minute” absolutely ridiculous no pharmacy drive thru should ever take that long for any reason. my script was ready to pick up. i’ll be getting it at wegmans.

Very rude person who answers the phone Cindy. Seems like she does not want to do her job and enjoys giving people a hard time. This is the second time now she has been very rude and inconsiderate when I simply call for help filling a prescription. Was able to call Walgreens who helped me right away without the attitude.

This is the best pharmacy in the Finger Lakes. The Canandaigua Medical Group Pharmacy offers great value on prescription and over the counter supplements. Their professional staff is always extremely polite and conscientious. The outdoor drive thru window is a gem and very convenient especially in the winter months!
