My mother-in-law is here for her final days. The facility is mostly clean (with some needed updates; all the photos posted are 5-7-12 yrs old). Most of the staff are attentive and kind, a couple of them especially so; unfortunately I didn’t get names. 3 things I noticed is 1) the parking is packed during the day; we almost didn’t get a spot. This facility definitely needs additional parking. 2) the smell of urine in the facility. That is so unnecessary. I work in healthcare (formerly Hospice) and have also visited many facilities that did not smell. 3) the room my MIL in - 210 - has a constant running and auto-flushing toilet that desperately needs fixed. Such a waste of water for a simple tank mechanics fix. Review date: 12/5/2025
I would give 0 stars if it was an option! My grandma was placed here for rehab! Upon first day of her arrival the staff moved her to the bed and smashed her head up on the head board that’s wood! Mind you she had a brain bleed currently as well! Staff would not change her at all. They were annoyed because she wouldn’t eat and stopped feeding her she lost 10lbs easy in a week! My family stayed over night due to the lack of care they gave her!!!! She was treated so poorly. The charge nurse didn’t remove something we asked him to do another nurse was asked to do it. And did not realize a family member just got off the elevator and they were at the desk speaking very inconsiderate and rude about my grandma!!! Never put family here it will never be a good out come! Therapy was very rough with m
This place is is a hell hole! We had to bring in an air mattress to make sure my grandma was getting the correct care! Paige and Shaun were the only true workers the entire time my grandma was there! Workers would sit in my grandma room to text or scroll on their phones! They didn’t bring my grandma a food tray for 4 days straight at the end of life and 2 days before she passed they had the nerve to bring her a tray! Only because hospice was there! I would never recommend this hell hole to any one! You are better off struggling at home than bringing your loved ones here! They also had two CNAs move my grandma using a sheet and hit her head she had bruising and we have proof of all abuse that the charge nurse said she had no idea about! The photo is just one small thing that was nasty! Brea
Horrible. My mother left with a sacral pressure ulcer and complete atrophy in her legs. They never made sure she ate, didn't attend to hygiene, meds given way past the window. The first day made her feel bad because she requested her medication that was due to her multiple times. I had to ask the nurse about 3 times myself to make sure she had her medication. Every time I visited there were patients complaining in the hallway that they couldn't get what they needed as well. I signed her out and took her to the hospital down the street (5 minutes away) because she so unhappy; they called dept. of aging on me even though my mother was receiving palliative and hospice care in the hospital down the street and was taken straight there. She ended up passing and shared that she was happy i
A big thank you to Dominique (Social Director/Manager), Stephanie (PT) and Dana (OT) for their getting me released quickly from the facility after we all came to the conclusion that I didn’t need to be there. I have a broken shoulder and went there thinking I would need more assistance with everyday tasks and hygiene. Turned out I didn’t and my orthopedic doctor said as long as I could take care of myself in my home that that was the best place for me. Dominique and the other staffers reviewed it and I am home now. Thank you all for getting me released quickly. Mary Simpson No photos
