The staff here is phenomenal! They are friendly yet professional. They are all very knowledgeable and thorough. They genuinely care about their patients. They are reasonably priced. The wait time is minimal. We are very grateful we found them for our pup!

From Buddy's 1st puppy appointment, he continues to be treated with kindness. They take the time to learn about all. When Buddy is grumpy, he is understood and soothed. I have called, expressing he is not himself. I am carefully listened to. When concerns arise, options are explained, without judgment, allowing YOU to take the time to make an informed decision. Nothing is pushed on you, just respect, and understanding. It is understood you will call back numerous times to ask more questions. Yes, this is a wordy review. Dr Crawford and his staff are the best. They are always friendly from the time I arrive until I check out. I love his personality and treating my pets as if they were his own.

We used CH Animal Hospital for our dogs for 20 years. However, be warned....this is a small practice and we had no help in an emergency. When our large dog was sick (and dying), I called them at 9am on a Friday morning. Nobody was available to see her. We had to drive to Hershey. That's a looooongg way to go with a very sick, dying dog. We've chosen a different vet now that's better equipped in emergencies and offers some emergency assistance after hours.

I've just moved into this area and they were recommended. The staff was very kind and helpful. The Vet was great! I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions. The best part was how she treated my German Shepherd! She greeted him and made him feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.
