Your receptionist is honestly the glue at the front desk. Always polite, she always on point, and keeps everything running smooth no matter how busy it gets. She is very great with patients, handle calls like a pro, and bring good energy every day she is appreciated

My loved one has been here a while. I’m happy for the new leadership team. There has definitely been an improvement in overall care! To the point that the administrator and nursing director being available off hours for concerns.

This place is horrible!!! They gave my mother a behavior sedated medication because she was HOLLERING for HELP! Which is against the LAW! My mother was doing REHAB!!! The director is a dummy,! This place is old and need to be shut down! Clients ringing call bells to for help and no help! They are understaffed and it’s shame because they are taking those people money and not upgrading with structure or staffing!!! The state need to be in there ASAP!!! Please do not put your family in there , they are the WORST!!!!!!!!!! P.S why y’all firing staff without due cause, you need to fire the director!!! #Lawyerondeck#

I would give it no stars if I could! This place is horrible; the staff lacks knowledge of policies and procedures. The housekeeping staff is very lazy. This place will not treat your loved ones the way that they're supposed to be treated. RUNNNN!!!
