Excellent care at the facility for the SAR Unit. Everyone there is caring, compassionate, very attentive. If there’s a problem you reach out to somebody they’re always reaching back to you and they get it resolved. The food is pretty decent. The only one little improvement I would say is to maybe have an extra person on it night that could help the nurse on duty The staff is great friendly OT/PT Everyone there listens to what you’re saying to help you get back into shape and back home!

Do NOT send your loved one to this facility. There are other facilities in the area, and based on our experience, I believe the positive reviews for this location are misleading. The level of care my loved one received was unacceptable. The facility is severely understaffed—there were times when a single nurse or aide was responsible for more than 20 patients—and the care provided amounts to the bare minimum. Social workers, who are supposed to support both patients and families, are essentially nonexistent. What we encountered instead were constant excuses and little to no follow-through. Despite being at this facility for weeks, my loved one made little to no progress, largely due to the lack of adequate and consistent care. Great facility! Amanda in admissions worked hard and made it easy for us to move my mother into a very nice well appointed room. The staff was so happy and friendly. Her doctor, nurses, Aides are all exceptional! Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful with beautiful grounds and a gorgeous patio shaded by trees. I am relieved to have her at Cambridge. So happy we made the move from the other place! Highly recommend this facility to anyone!

I am making this review based upon my families recent experience. I will simply say this place is a mess. You should not take in clients if you do not have proper staff to patient ratio. Please take the time to train staff, administrators and social workers on how to improve family relations. If you have an incident occur on your watch , take responsibility and not make excuses .I totally agree with the previous reviewer on here from a week ago. Cambridge do better.

I would not recommend Cambridge to anyone. They are severely understaffed - one CNA to about 20 patients. The nurse practitioner I had was incompetent. My hemoglobin dropped to a critical low and she did nothing but push more iron tablets on me. I wound up back in the hospital and needed 2 units of blood. When I was discharged from the hospital I chose another rehab facility. Cambridge should be investigated for their quality of care and staffing shortages. Don’t send a loved one there - there are better places to go.
